		<description>Thanks for this article.  I sent it immediately to my 18 year old son.  I really just want him to work right now, but he keeps saying he doesn&#039;t want a job, he wants a career.  I told him anything he does right now will be good because he will get an idea of what he does and doesn&#039;t like.  And I told him that people change careers many times in their lives, but he said he didn&#039;t want to do that.  So this article will help back me up.  Thanx again.</description>
