Sell an Information or Physical Product Online

Each of us have a gift, a talent, a skill. strength, or knowledge that we often overlook because it comes so naturally to us. Is that strength or talent something that you could sell online?

E-commerce sales rose from $156.39 billion in Q4 2019 to $206.66 billion in Q4 2020, a 32.1% increase.

Today, there is very little that is not being sold online. Is that the way that you will change course and earn an income beyond a day job.

If you are already earning income outside of a traditional job, how might you expand what you are doing by taking it online?

For the artistic types, do you draw, paint, or sculpt? Maybe you cook, bake, or make crafts.

Do you play an instrument or have a well-trained singing voice? Do you know how to produce music or videos using your computer?

Do you have business skills such as marketing, coding, financial management, or strategic planning? Are you a whiz at social media?

Maybe you have knowledge about how to grow your own food, buy sustainably sourced foods, or information about good nutrition for a healthy lifestyle.

Do you know about exercise and fitness to strengthen the body or reduce the waistline?

Are you a social justice advocate who knows about how to become involved in activism?

Are you good at sports such as tennis or golf? Do you have strategies for perfecting a swing?

All of these are things that others would like to learn and that can be or are already being taught online.

You could earn income by teaching others to do the things you do well.

Free Masterclass: How to Launch Your Digital Course

For a number of year’s, Changing Course has partnered with Jeff Walker to share expert information on how to generate interest, build and audience, and sell a product or service online.

Jeff calls this the Product Launch Formula and only once per year, he offers a free master class to teach people his formula.

Note that a product doesn’t have to be a physical product; it can be an information product also.

LIMITING THOUGHT

I don’t have enough time

You’re extremely busy. You’ve got projects to work on, things to do around the house, people to spend time with, administrative tasks like paying bills, and a thousand emails to answer.

You’re so busy that you feel like you don’t have enough time to do the things that really matter to you such as focusing on your dreams or achieving your goals. Your limiting belief is “There isn’t enough time in the day to get things done.”

There is plenty of time

The best way to create a new, more empowering belief is to work on the thing that matters to you most FIRST thing in the day. Most of us work on small things that don’t matter believing that when we complete those smaller tasks, we will be better able to focus on the larger, more important tasks. By making quick progress on the tasks that matter most, you’ll feel more productive, and you’ll slash this limiting belief.

This principle is called “Slaying your dragons.” In other words, you “slay” your most important task, your “dragon”, first thing in the morning. Your new belief becomes, “There is plenty of time to do what matters because I work on what matters first.”
